As a professional, Catarina was contacted and hired to carry out insurance assessments on Madeira Island. In person, she analyzes the house, identifying weak points and assessing its overall condition, all on behalf of a continental insurance company.

Working independently, she completed over 200 insurance assessments over the course of 2–3 years.
